RizzBiz is an AI-driven sales automation SaaS platform operated by Rizzalus Private limited, Kumbakonam, India. RizzBiz helps business clients capture leads from Meta Lead Ads, initiate WhatsApp conversations through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, qualify leads using AI, and book calls on behalf of those client businesses.

For most lead data processed through RizzBiz, the business that collected the lead enquiry is the primary data controller. Rizzalus Private limited acts as a data processor or service provider on behalf of that business client.

When a business client uses RizzBiz, we may process lead names, phone numbers, ad enquiry details, and responses captured from Meta Lead Ads and WhatsApp conversations.

We may also process business account configuration details needed to connect supported integrations, operate automations, monitor delivery, and provide support to our clients.

We use lead data to send automated WhatsApp messages, manage follow-up conversations, qualify leads, summarize responses, and help book calls on behalf of the business client that received the enquiry.

We also use data to operate, secure, debug, improve, and support the RizzBiz platform, including maintaining service reliability and preventing misuse.

Leads receive WhatsApp messages because they enquired with, submitted information to, or otherwise interacted with a business that uses RizzBiz for sales follow-up.

RizzBiz sends messages on behalf of that business client through approved messaging channels. The client business is responsible for ensuring it has the necessary consent, notice, and lawful basis to contact its leads.

RizzBiz integrates with Meta products, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Lead Ads, and the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, to capture leads and manage WhatsApp conversations.

RizzBiz may also integrate with Google Ads to support advertising workflows, campaign attribution, or related automation features requested by business clients.

These third-party services process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Business clients should review and comply with the applicable Meta and Google requirements for their use cases.

We retain lead and conversation data only for as long as needed to provide RizzBiz services to the relevant business client, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or enforce agreements.

When a person requests deletion through Meta, RizzBiz verifies Meta's signed request, immediately revokes the associated integration credentials, and deletes the related Meta lead, webhook, conversation, message, and provider-configuration data. Meta receives a confirmation code and a status URL for that request.

When a person removes or deauthorizes RizzBiz in Meta, RizzBiz immediately disables the associated Pages and forms, rejects further webhook routing for them, and destroys the stored Meta and Page access credentials.

A lead or business client may request deletion by contacting us at 16mohamedrizwan.k@gmail.com. If the request concerns data controlled by a business client, we may route the request to that client or process it according to the client's instructions.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep access limited to authorized systems and personnel with a legitimate need.

RizzBiz is operated from India. Depending on the integrations used by a business client, personal data may be processed by third-party platforms or infrastructure providers in other jurisdictions.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules or regulations made under it.
